Cookies & local storage
What BenchRush stores in your browser today and how future advertising consent would change the storage layer.
Current state: local progress only
BenchRush currently uses first-party localStorage for XP, streaks, completed challenges, personal bests and recent run history. This lets the core experience remember your progress without a BenchRush account.
No advertising storage is active now
BenchRush does not currently load Google AdSense scripts. Core tests and games do not need advertising cookies to work.
What may change if advertising is enabled
If Google AdSense is enabled after account-side approval, the live privacy/cookie disclosures and consent controls will be kept aligned with the actual configuration. In regions where Google requires a Google-certified CMP for advertising consent, BenchRush will use an eligible consent setup before relying on advertising storage that requires consent.
Clear BenchRush progress
You can clear site data through your browser or use the reset control on PlayerScore. Clearing site data removes local BenchRush progression from that browser.
Infrastructure
Cloudflare may process normal request/security data needed to deliver and protect the site. See the privacy policy for the broader data-processing summary.
