What does this mouse accuracy score measure?
It measures successful target clicks versus misses in this browser challenge and the time between target appearances and hits. It is not a sensor-laboratory test.
Does display scaling affect the result?
Yes. Pointer speed, acceleration, display scaling, target size, browser zoom and input hardware can all change the feel of the run.
Should I compare with other people?
Your own repeated runs on the same setup are the fairest comparison. Different screens, scaling and pointer settings can make cross-device comparisons misleading.

Your personal bests, XP and streak are stored locally in this browser. The current tool does not require an account or upload your individual run to a global leaderboard.
