Questions people ask
Does scroll distance equal physical wheel distance?
No. Browsers receive wheel deltas that can be transformed by the operating system, browser and device driver. BenchRush shows event rate rather than pretending to measure physical rotation.
Can this find reverse-scroll glitches?
Frequent unexpected direction changes can be a useful symptom to retest, but the tool cannot identify the exact mechanical cause.
Will a touchpad work?
Many touchpads emit wheel-like browser events and can be tested, but their gesture processing differs from a physical mouse wheel.
